The house is modern, simple and eco-friendly in design, capturing the sense of a New York loft in the mountains. The house is one continuous floor curvingwith the contours of the mountain. It is surrounded by landscaped gardens which quickly transition into natural forest which cover most of the remaining land in the property. It has four bedrooms each with private terrace. The kitchen is open and large with plenty of counter space for all the fresh vegetables and fruits.
The master bedroom is 36 m2 with ensuite bathroom and private covered terrace 24m2. Second bedroom has two double beds, third bedroom has three single beds and share the same bathroom. These bedrooms each have a door allowing access to the forest outside the house. The final bedroom has one double and a sofa bed. The fourth bedroom is on a corner and overlooks the pool and has vistas of the mountains. It has a bathroom adjacent. Both bathrooms have showers with large windows which can be fully opened to provide a full sense of showering in nature.
The house benefits from three communal terraces each measure 36 M2 and have distinct views and feelings. One stretches over the valley giving a sensation of flying above it all. Another has benches and shade, ideal for breakfast. And the final one has hammocks to capture the late afternoon sun. There is a fourth terrace attached to the master bedroom. The decks are a great place to enjoy the sunrises if you are up early enough.
The house is furnished minimally with an eclectic mix of modern and recycled with big comfy sofas to relax on after a hard day hiking around.
